After a busy, and hectic work schedule, I feel the urge to escape the usual. Be it a weekend outside of my home town Trier, or just an intense fitness course to free my mind and lift my spirits.
Based on this feeling, I decided to change it up a little with today’s look and got inspired by the beautiful posts by Vogue Arabia. My friend Merit joined me for this shooting.
The sensuality of the Arabian fashion amazes me…dark, feminine colors, revealing cuts, lace and fine materials. Based on these element, we created two looks that unite all that, plus we added a matching Shisha to the setting!
Merit chose a lace top from Zara (find a similar one here), which is partially transparent, only giving away a hint of what’s underneath. She combined it with a short, leather skirt, and a pair of tights from Falke with a braided pattern on the back.
All dressed in black, my outfit is made of a pair of black, short Marlene trousers I got at Zara (get inspired by their wide variety of pants here) and a body from Intimissimi, with transparent sleeves out of tulle and elegant lace which graces my waist.
Big thanks to my friend Hade, who granted us access to the location! This was one of my most exciting photoshooting, yet, and I will surely explore Arabian fashion more in future posts! If you’re not already following me on Instagram, make sure to follow me for new Fashion “Escapes”.
