Arabian-Inspired Beauty Look

Arabian-Inspired Beauty Look

Not too long ago, I posted a blog about an Arabian Fashion Escape, that we shot at a Shishabar in Trier. What I tried to bring across is my passion for playing and testing around new trends, hoping that they might inspire you as well! For this exotic look, I absolutely fell in love with two things: an eyeliner in the deepest black and a nude-colored lipstick!

We used Shiseido’s Instroke eyeliner in “Shikkoku Black.” It’s texture runs smoothly along the eyelid, since it’s made out of gel. We applied it with the brush that comes alongside the Eyeliner kit, and created a perfectly accurate and smooth line, which lasted for several hours without smudging since it’s also water-resistant. ATTENTION: don’t stop at the eyes…define those eyebrows, too! We used the “Eyebrow Styling Compact” in GY901 – Deep Brown, and the best mascara in the world: Estee Lauder’s mascara in “Pure Color Envy Lash Multi-Effects Mascara.”

Having such flashy eyes longs for a less intense lip Color. Estee Lauder’s “Pure Color Envy” collection was the choice of the day! I’m pulling off the super rich and creamy lipstick in “Desirable,” the one furthest to the right in the picture below. My lips stayed hydrated for several hours. FYI: any one of the colors below would work with this look. We made my cheeks rosy with Shiseido’s “Luminizing Satin Face Color” in PK304 – Carnation.

In case you’re wondering about the foundation, we applied Shiseido’s amazing, velvety-smooth foundation in “Future Solution LX Total Radiance”, and their concealer “Sheer Eye Zone Corrector” in 102 Light. No one likes a greasy face, right? Put some powder on your face to matt the skin – again, Shiseido has the solution with its “Sheer and Perfect Compact” in O40 – Natural Fair Ochre.

Do you feel my love for this makeup, too? Would you pull this Arabian-inspired Beauty look off on the regular or just for special occasions?
